About dawn watson

Dawn Watson is a licensed massage and bodywork therapist (LMBT NC License #22957). She has also spent over a decade studying and practicing movement therapy and depth approaches to healing. Dawn combines strong technical foundations with a compassionate, intuitive approach to bodywork.

Before becoming a massage therapist, Dawn earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree (MS) in Music Education and spent many years teaching, performing and directing music. 

As a recreational therapist, she developed and led a music therapy initiative, and as an in-home caregiver she has patiently supported clients’ daily well-being.

Drawing from this diverse background, Dawn brings a deep understanding of rhythm, expression, and human connection to her therapeutic practice. She creates a calm, nurturing space where each session supports renewal, balance, and a sense of being seen and cared for.
